Ways We Can Include Wine or other Spirits with your Gift Basket

Our friend Betty Kaufman, the wine lady with Wine Tastings and More and her blog is Betty’s Wine Musings  has a variety of options for you.

Betty is local here in the Bay Area. And, she hosts wine tastings and now, virtual wine tastings, plus she sells all kinds of delicious wine.  Her winery does all kinds of fun things with a bottle of wine and can potentially include your logo, team mascot, department motto, or anything you can think of.

Here are all the fun ways you can work with Betty and her wine into your corporate or personal gift baskets.

3. Betty’s company also has these cool Specialty wine labels that can be used for a variety of celebrations. They have a “Thank You,” “Congrats,” “Happy Birthday” and others. (Check the graphic below.)  Get them ordered and shipped to All The Buzz Gifts on San Felipe Road or drop them off at the beehive.

4. Betty and her winery can also make custom (personalized) wine labels for your company, department, team, or employees. This option has a longer lead time and the earlier you get her your order, the sooner she gets them ordered. You send your artwork, photo or logo to Betty, and then she takes that and makes it into a wine label. (She recommends you order a case to offset the price for the customization.) Then, either you can drop them off at All The Buzz Gifts, they can ship them to our beehive or you can have them shipped to us so we can include in your gifts.

There are other services that can also deliver booze to our hive for us to include with your gifts. These will not be personalized like Betty’s wine, but if you wanted to send a Thank You gift to the people in your department, you could order our Thankful Gift and include a bottle of vodka from Saucye.com or Shipt.com and just have it shipped to us, so we can include it with your basket. Or, you can have the booze shipped directly to recipient and have them match out gift,and your booze gift matched up when they both arrive at the recipient’s office or home.

Gratitude Gifts for Corporations

We had so much fun creating this Gratitude Gift for our corporate client Annual Reviews in Palo Alto. Like us, they are a Bay Area company and we love working with them! (We have a little insider friend there, too. Thank you, Lu!)

Their company had a virtual Employee Appreciation online, so we shipped these to each of the employees individually. We put in a note into the gift box filled with goodies and asked them not to open it until they could all open them together, virtually. So, when the time came at 10:30 they opened them all together and raised a toast to each other.

We had all kinds of goodies in the gift box, including stemless champagne glasses with their company logo. We added some sparkling apple cider for them to sip and toast with. We also included some yummy tapenade, crackers, Mediterranean dried apricots, chocolate chip cookies, caramels, almonds, and other delicious snacks.

When is the last time you worked for a boss that made sure you know you were appreciated? This seems like a great place to work. Gratitude sure goes a long way towards employee goodwill and great employee morale.

Teachers are always special and important, but this year even more so while we are all in quarantine. This Covid19 virus has really changed all of our lives and has been especially complicated for our teachers. They have had to be resourceful, flexible, and extra attentive that none of their “classroom” gets left behind while the entire Bay Area figures out how to continue to educate our kids during the pandemic.

Sonya is a local artist, podcaster, YouTuber, and also owns a business where she facilitates painting events called VinoPaint.  Her candied jalapenos are her new “foodie” business and they are delicious! During this Shelter In Place, she is also offering Virtual Paint Parties via Zoom. There is nothing this woman can’t do!

We feel like her sweet and spicy candied jalapenos are a perfect fit for some of our sassy baskets. For about $35, you can also add a bottle of the Left Bend Winery red or white wine to this tote.  Left Bend is a local tasting room and winery, in Los Gatos – not too far from our workshop in San Jose. It’s a beautiful tasting room with fantastic owners who are very welcoming and informative.
