Shipping & Delivery Questions

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    We typically turn around our gift baskets within 48 hours of payment received.  If we are working on a corporate gift or other custom gift, we can discuss delivery terms that work best for you. 

    Typical delivery transit time would be 2 to 6 business days, depending on the proximity of our workshop in San Jose to your gift’s destination.

    You may also pick up at our San Jose Bee Hive to get it quicker. See the next question for details.

  • Can I pick it up and save time and shipping costs? 

    You certainly can! We’re located in San Jose making it easy for our Silicon Valley and Bay Area customers.

  • Flat Rate Shipping Based on Order Amount

    Our shipping fees are as follows:

    • $1-$45: $11 ground, $24 2 day, $18 for 3 day
    • $46-$94: $15 ground, $30 2 day, $35 3 day
    • $95-$150: $20 ground, $55 2 day, $40 3 day
    • $151-$300: $24 ground, $75 2 day, $60 3 day
    • $301-$450: $40 ground, $98 2 day, $70 3 day
    • $451-$750: $60 ground
    • $751-$1000: $95 ground
    • $1000+: $125 

    If you have a large order that needs to be rushed, please call. 

    Sometimes if there is a more affordable option for you to get your gift there in the same amount of time or sooner, we will choose that for you after your order is placed. 

  • Do you deliver, and if so, is there an extra fee for that?

    Our low-cost delivery makes large orders affordable for our Bay Area corporate clients.

    1. We deliver gifts to San Jose and all Santa Clara County cities for $20. You can place these orders online.
    2. For other large orders that need to be delivered anywhere else in the Bay Area, please contact us for pricing. At the same time, we’ll take your order over the phone. 
    3. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us at 408-504-3703 and we will do our best to accommodate.

    We currently only ship in the U.S.

  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal for any order.

    For custom orders and corporate gifting, we can invoice you. Full payment is due at time of order.

  • Can I track my order?

    We will email you a tracking number to your email as soon as we have one.

  • How can I change my order?

    Please call or text us at 408-504-3703 as soon as possible. If your gift has not already been created, we are happy to make changes.

  • HOW DO I GET A COPY OF MY INVOICE?

    We will email you a copy of your invoice. If you do not receive it within a few days, please contact us.


Exchanges & Returns

  • How can I exchange or return a product?

    No returns or exchanges, but we do have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you are not satisfied.

  • Can we collaborate?

    Of course! That would be a custom order and we love working with clients to get them exactly what they want. You can start by visiting our Customize page and filling out the form there. We’ll contact you to set up a time to discuss your project and the cost. 

  • Can I come see the gift items at your workshop?

    We are a private production facility, but we do love visitors. Since we are buzzing in and out all day, please make an appointment by calling or texting us at 408-504-3703. 

  • Can I Substitute Items?

    Although many of our items are in stock, some items may be seasonal.  We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items.
